Steven Hoptman
SRES, SFR, BPOR Realtor®
I grew up in my family’s furniture business, and found the transition to real estate in 2001 an easy switch because helping clients find just the right furniture was really no different than helping them find just the right home to put their furniture in. I truly enjoy making people feel comfortable, keeping them informed, and holding their hands through what should be a pleasant experience from start to finish.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my two wonderful daughters (one’s an accomplished chef…mmmm), gardening, and cheering our Detroit Tigers…whether they’re the best team in baseball or the worst.

Where is real estate headed: Internet based sales will universally allow for Buyers and Sellers to do almost everything online and take more control over the transaction
Favorite thing about the real estate business: Meeting all types of people and hearing about their backgrounds.
If you could give a real estate seller just one piece of advice, what would it be: Do not over price your home!
